Good Morning Christina and Illinois Friends
It is such a beautiful morning outside! I am really enjoying the fresh air!
I have had my physical therapy for today. I was pleased to see that I have made progress in the flexibility of the knee. I can bend it to 100 degrees which 90 degrees is a 3 week post op goal. So even though it is very stiff it is coming along!
I found myself standing in my kitchen last night scooping protein ice cream into bowls without thinking. I haven't done that in ages. Usually I am sitting! So life is great!
No plans for today. Home health nurse comes sometime this afternoon. Probably will get a nap in sometime as well. Love the life of leisure. Almost worth having a knee replacement.

Less than a little going on here today.
I should take a look at the pshych eval papers to fill out ahead of appointment or it will be here in two weeks and I will not have done them.
My laptop is having problems so I am having to work from the desktop. The HD is going out. I could and have reconfigured it and make it go but will likely wait until I cam have a new drive and transfer data I do not want to lose to use it.
Are Lucy and Christine OK?

Yes, yes.. get those papers filled out so you don't have to worry about it at the last minute. Sorry to hear your having computer problems.
I don't think anyone has heard from Lucy. Christine has posted the last few days. They should be home from the Dells today.

Hi Christina and everyone,
I was going to go to the taste also. I havent been in 27 years. But decided to go to Mellenium Park on Wednesday to the free concert.
I am back in Chicaga now. I drove from Toledo area to here this morning. I had to be at Midway at 1pm to get my husand.
Thursday we are going to Traverse City Mi for a week. The Cherry Festival is over the 4th.
